1. General Terms and Conditions:
- Hardware or software support will be given only if the AMC is valid.
- Hardware AMC will only be valid if the customer renews the AMC every year after the
purchase.
- If the customer fails to renew AMC for a given year/years, then the customer will
have to pay for all the missed years to avail the hardware warranty for the given
year.
- AMC cannot be purchased if the hardware is faulty. Even if the customer pays for the
AMC, the renewed AMC will only cover the software support and customer will have to
pay extra for the repair or replacement of the faulty hardware
- Customer has to send the faulty hardware to our service center on its own cost or
bring it to our service center for repair or replacement
- If the RMA equipment is not packed properly and is damaged during the shipments, the
customer is liable for the damage. Indio will not fix or repair the equipment if it
arrives in damaged condition to its service center.
- Indio may repair the existing equipment or provide a replacement hardware part as a
part of hardware warranty
- All minor software releases (e.g. upgrade from v3.1 to v3.2) will be done free of
cost as a part of software AMC. The units may need to be shipped to Indio service
center for the upgrade or the customer can request for this upgrade during the RMA
process.
- Indio’s management decisions will be final and binding to the customer
- Remote (though Voice, Email, Internet) Service Support will be provided from Monday
to Saturday (except holidays) during the office hours 9am to 6 pm IST.
2. Warranty & AMC
Warranty is a promise to repair or replace Indio products if it develops faults or defects
within a period of ONE YEAR after purchase. Tampered, damage caused by misuse, accidents,
power failure, unauthorized software/firmware upgrade or unauthorized repairs will not be
covered under warranty/AMC.
AMC offer ongoing maintenance and support services beyond the warranty period to keep
hardware
functioning optimally. The cost and coverage of an AMC can vary depending on factors such as the
type of hardware, the level of service required, and the duration of the contract.

AMC/Warranty support is not applicable for End-of-Support, and End-of-Life products
Note: T&C can be changed time to time as per changes in Company policy. Any changes in T&C
will be informed to Customer.
